Being a gonzo news reporter requires performing journalism duties for free. Being a client of the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is the abyss and those who are contracted must take a job for 90 days and did with a company called, “Contemporary Services Corporation” or “CSC” as we call them on the security scene.

The company low balls its employees with a junior high after school job rate or $13/hr. and those who work at Gate B are the “elite” according to Doug—my ruthless manager. Doug is the type of manager who will put on a show when he scolds someone and did at the Badgers’ men’s basketball game where I was assigned to work the elevator.

My diary is a reflection of what went down and notified the chancellor at approximately 11:09 a.m. what was about to happen before Doug opens the door and let’s his team in. The only exception, not me, because I quit due to citing unlawful behavior according to City Ordinance 39.03 calling out Doug’s micro aggression and micro flex of my Warhawk hat my last day at work on Tuesday.

Doug scolded me for wearing my Warhawk hat as a person who graduated high honors on the Dean’s list along with graduating summa cum laude. The year I graduated my 30th reunion happened and made this video about bad faith reunion fund handling practices by an insurance broker running rogue similar to how Doug approached me.

On Tues. Feb. 25, 2025, I was assigned to work at the B-gate and check credentials by the elevator stairs. At 7:08 p.m., I was met with my boss whose squinted eyes staring at my hat led to his micro flexing approach with extreme prejudice to my alma matter and its presence while working security. “Doug,” head honcho from Contemporary Services Corp. (CSC) security team made clear, I must refrain from wearing my purple Warhawk hat moving forward. The short and micro aggressive Kohl Center security manager micro flexed, “You can only wear a Bager hat or a black CSC hat.”

Well, isn’t this considered academic abuse being enforced by the university? How so? How can Badgers do this to Warhawks?

I graduated summa cum laude as a multimedia journalism major from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and am Class of ’23. I have passed my concerns onto the chancellor. The next step is reporting my concerns to the mayor, which will happen with a public comment regarding concerns for safety by the security teams that manage Breese Stevens Field and their micro flexing, which is unlawful according to the City of Madison Ordinance 39.03.

Doug did not take into consideration I am a university reporter who attends both Madison College and UW Milwaukee. I believe Doug discriminated against me whose intentional tort sought to flex Badger dominance.
