Thank you for assisting me. I will pursue Legal Action of Wisconsin for matters regarding the state, however my free speech is being restricted by the Center for Students with Disability and the Title IX Investigation Division with confidentiality disclaimers. I never signed a confidentiality agreement nor does the university possess the right to restrict an open email server.
